Refund Policy

AIrealdesign.com 10-Day Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 21, 2026

TWIN GRAPHICS, LLC (the "Company") wants you to be completely satisfied with your AI REAL Design purchase, whether that is an All-Access subscription or a single course. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 10 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [email protected] within 10 days of your purchase date. Please include the name and email address you used to make your purchase.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear. If you paid with Klarna or Affirm, your refund will be processed through that provider and your payment plan will be adjusted. Once your refund is issued, your access to the training (All-Access subscription or single course) will end.

After 10 Days

Refund requests received more than 10 days after your purchase are not eligible for a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Single-course purchases are one-time payments with no renewals.

Upgrading From a Single Course

If you upgrade from a single course to All-Access using your $29 credit, your All-Access purchase is covered by its own 10-day refund window, starting on the date you upgrade.
